STATUTORY POLICY, REGISTRATION AND LICENSES

At Search and Cordon Security® (SACS), we believe that we have a responsibility to maintain records under various statutory enactments. This is essential to all we do in business and would help us in long run to determine our level of success. The Statutory Policy of SACS include not only maintenance of records but producing the same as and when required by our clients or concerned regulatory bodies.
SACS adhere to all statutory requirements as determined by the legislation applicable to the private security sector-

License under the PSA(R)A, 2005 issued by Home / Police Department, Govt. of West Bengal, to engage in the business of Private Security Agency.
Registration under the West Bengal Shops and Establishments Act, 1963.
Trade License, issued by Rajarhat Gopalpur Municipality, under The West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993 (section 118).
Certificate of Incorporation under the Companies Act, 1956.
License under Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970.
Labour Identification Number (LIN), Ministry of Labour And Employment, Govt. of India.
Provident Fund Registration, under Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 and the Schemes framed there under.
ESIC code no., under the ESI Act, 1948.
GSTIN under the Finance Act, Govt. of India.
Professional Tax Registration, under the West Bengal State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1979.
Registered with West Bengal Labour Welfare Board.
Form-A (Notice of Opening), Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, under Central Rules.
Tax Deduction Account Number (TAN) as per the Income-tax Act, 1961.
Permanent Account Number (PAN), issued by Income Tax department.
Registered with Directorate Of Micro & Small Scale Enterprises Sector, Govt. of West Bengal.

The term ‘Fidelity Guarantee Insurance’ embraces policies indemnifying employers against financial loss on account of forgery, defalcation, embezzlement and fraudulent conversion by employees. SACS object is to provide protection in respect of the default of an individual.
Commercial Fidelity Guarantee Policy provides indemnity against loss of money or goods as a result of acts of Fraud or dishonesty on the part of SACS employees.
Search And Cordon Security is having association with National Insurance Company Limited (A Govt of India Undertaking) for providing indemnity against loss of money or materials as a result of acts of Fraud or dishonesty by its employees.
